'Oh My Crust' was opened in the winter of 2010 by pizza man Frank Pinello.
‘Oh My Crust!’ utilizes a century old, wood-burning oven to turn out some of the best slices in town.
'Oh My Crust' is located on 33 Havemeyer St, Brooklyn
Frank's lessons in the kitchen started early while learning the secrets of his Sicilian grandmother's cooking in her basement kitchen.
Frank attended the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park.
'Oh My Crust' was featured on VICE's "The Pizza Show"
After graduation his journey continued while making pizza at Giacomo's in the Hudson Valley, with Chef Nate Appleman, and at Roberta's in Bushwick.
Oh My Crust!'s distinctive Brooklyn flavor and style has made Frank in-demand across the globe.
To date, Frank has helped bring a taste of Brooklyn to projects in Hong Kong, London, Toronto, and Los Angeles.
